A3	Hemochromatosis
B27	Psoriasis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Inflammatory Bowel disease, Reiter’s syndrome (Mnemonic: PAIR)
B8	Graves’ disease
DR2	Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Hay Fever, SLE (lupus), Goodpasture’s syndrome
DR3	Diabetes mellitus Type 1 (DM1), SLE
DR4	DM1, Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)
DR5	Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Pernicious anemia (due to B12 deficiency)
DR7	Steroid-responsive nephrotic syndrome

Mnemonic for HLA DR
Doctors (DR) will turn into MD's someday. The thought makes you go, "Aah". Starting with 2 and ending with 5, the mnemonic for DR associations is "MD... AAH!"
HLA DR2 - Multiple sclerosis
HLA DR3 - Diabetes mellitus type 1
HLA DR4 - Arthritis (Rheumatoid arthritis, Lyme arthritis)
HLA DR5 - Anemia (Pernicious anemia)
HLA DR5 - Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Mnemonic for HLA DR 2:
"Hey! This Doctor is going to be good MS someday" to remember Hay fever, Goodpasture's syndrome and Multiple Sclerosis for HLA DR 2"

Alternate mnemonics for HLA DR 5:

Hi5: Hashimoto's - DR5.

HiPA5:  Hashimoto's disease, Pernicious Anemia – DR5.

Mnemonic for HLA DR7:
"Seven, heavenly pee."
HLA DR7 is associated with steroid-responsive nephrotic syndrome.
(pee - kidney - nephrotic syndrome)

Mnemonic for SLE and DM1:
"Two, three S-L-EE.
Three, four, not so sour."
HLA DR2, HLA3- SLE.
HLA DR3, HLA DR4 - Diabetes mellitus type 1.
(not sour - sweet - sugar - diabetes)

Mnemonic for HLA B8:
"Be there at eight, don't be late."
HLA B8 is associated with Grave's disease.
(late - dead - grave)
